Tromps Staff member
All of our staff members are all employed on a full-time basis. We keep all our work in house and don’t deal with sub-contractors, so when you engage our services, you will always be dealing with a Tromp’s staff member.
Our teams are small, with each member of staff having a thorough knowledge of their work, and knowing exactly what is expected of them. We aim to consistently deliver top-notch roof cleaning and spray coating services.
Most of our staff members have been with the company for a period of five years or longer. One of our long-standing staff members has served the company well since its interception in 1982. Our staff members are easily identified by being neatly dressed in white painters overalls with our company logo printed on the back.
